What arrives

A plain box or mailing bag with no logo, no branded tape and no product names on the outside.

The label shows the sender as Monta Fulfilment, the warehouse that packs our orders, with its return address. Fettle isn't named anywhere on the parcel.

There's no paperwork inside: no packing slip, no invoice and no prices.

What your bank shows

Your bank or card statement shows FTL GOODS.

Cost and timing

• Delivery is free on orders over £40.00. Below that it's £3.95.
• Most orders arrive in 2–4 working days.
• We deliver to UK addresses only, including PO boxes and parcel lockers where the courier allows.

Emails

You'll get a receipt from Stripe, and tracking updates by email or text from the courier. Nothing else, unless you sign up for it.
